Cresa Brings Thompson Technologies From Kennesaw

Cresa's Bob Misdom helped secure new offices for Thompson Technologies. The IT staffing company has inked a 7,400 SF deal at 200 Galleria Pkwy, moving from its longtime Kennesaw home at 114 Townpark Dr. The new office will be "very visible from the newly enhanced lobby area and offers amazing views of the Atlanta skyline, which will assist in attracting new clients and employees,” Bob says, harkening a refrain we've been hearing a lot lately among companies looking to move closer to the city center. Transwestern's Matt Spickard brokered for the landlord.
