Concentrix Establishes Regional HQ in Norcross

Glenfield Capital's James Cate and Peachtree Corners Mayor Mike Mason were on hand for Concentrix Corp's recent move-in. The business software maker inked a 55k SF deal for its regional HQ at Lakeside at Spalding Triangle, a four-building 259k SF office complex in Peachtree Corners. Specifically, Concentrix is taking the 3795 building, former home to Avaya's call center. CBRE's Clint Glover brokered the deal for the landlord, Glenfield Capital.
