The office developer and landlord secured a 47k SF lease with the Columbus-based supplemental insurance giant famed for its charismatic waterfowl spokes-animal. Company officials confirmed the deal with Bisnow by email, but declined to elaborate.

Galleria 100 is, of course, in the Cumberland/Galleria submarket, one that has been bucking past expectations in its office market. Despite an overall sluggish start to the 2016 office cycle, Cumberland landlords saw nearly 100k SF of positive absorption in its Class-A office stock—the best Q1 performer outside of Midtown, according to Colliers International. And it has a handful of new office buildings underway—including Comcast's SunTrust Park facility and Riverwood 200, which is more than half leased before even topping off.
