Superior Essex has inked a 57K SF lease at The Pavilion, a 128K SF Sandy Springs office building at 5770 Powers Ferry Road. That means it will be leaving its current home at The Dupree Building at 6120 Powers Ferry Road.

CBRE Vice Chairman Sam Holmes represented Superior Essex while JLL Senior Leasing Directors Kay Younglove and Glenn Aspinwall brokered for the landlord, ReliaStar Life Insurance Co., a subsidiary of Voya Financial.
