| GSA inked a lease for US Customs and Border Protection to occupy the entire third, and half of the second, floor of the 75k SF Westpark Centre at 150 Westpark Way in the Mid Cities. Westpark Centre hit two homers in the last few months with this and the recent addition of Canon Business Solutions, SCM Real Estate's Gary Walker tells us. The 40k SF GSA lease increases occupancy to more than 90%. SCM senior associate Darrel Higginbotham repped the landlord and CBRE's Chris Mickey and Jerry Cobb repped the GSA, with Barbara Hanna as the contracting officer with the GSA. |
