Integral Group has revived a mixed-use student housing project in the Sweet Auburn district. The firm filed construction permits with the City of Atlanta for 159 Auburn Ave, a multifamily student housing project with street-level retail. We previously reported Integral's plans for the $9M project housed next to the old Atlanta Daily World facility. At the time, the project was to encompass 94 units with 4k SF of retail, all geared toward the college crowd. It's unclear if those details will change.
