Brand Properties JVing With Ackerman On Stadium Walk

Brand Properties is joining forces with Ackerman & Co on its Cumberland/Galleria mixed-use project.

Ackerman has recently sold 10 acres of its planned Stadium Walk project to Brand, which in turn will develop the multifamily portion, says Ackerman's Pat Chesser. Brand paid $11.5M for the tract.

The developer of Perimeter Town Center has tied up 13 acres in the Circle 75 complex to develop a retail-centric mixed-use project that also will include 300-plus apartment units right near the Atlanta Braves' SunTrust Park mixed-use development. Ackerman's plans also include a hotel.
