Southwest Keeps Wings in Forest Park

Southwest Airlines renewed its massive office at 2000 Southpoint Dr in Forest Park. The airline re-leased more than 91k SF at the 278k SF facility, with Liberty Property Trust's Steve Rowley (here) brokering for the landlord. Liberty also snagged Maurice Sporting Goods to a 40,500 SF lease at 95-115 Liberty Industrial Pkwy, and Smart Courier to 35k SF at 126-132 Liberty Industrial Pkwy, both in McDonough.
