SK Commercial Realty has snagged two big names in surgery for its new Canton medical campus.
Resurgens Orthopaedics and Greater Atlanta Oral and Facial Surgery have secured half the space in a two-building, 36k SF, Class-A medical office park called Cherokee Professional Center. The project, at 1495 Hickory Flat Hwy, a mile from Northside Hospital-Cherokee, which is scheduled to open next year, could include up to 72k SF of prime MOB space. SK's Tom Kirbo says the MOB project will also deliver next year.
