ZAC GOES SOLO

If you're near Intown, you?ve probably seen the for-sale signs in front of houses featuring the one-name Realtor: Zac. Once houses are under contract, he puts out the ?Zac did it again!? signs. Perhaps taking a page from Madonna?s playbook, Zac Pasmanick says he was the first Atlanta Realtor to use just his first name on real estate signs beginning in the early '80s. Now the longtime RE/MAX realtor(middle) is striking out on his own, starting Ponce Realty. He says his goal is to have 50 Realtors by year end  and another 100 by the end of 2011.
