A year after Carter launched Advisory Services, the division has landed a handful of key assignments, including devising a 10-year strategic plan for the YMCA of Metro Atlanta.

Carter Advisory Services launched in July '09 to provide RE consulting services for office, retail, hospitality, multifamily, industrial, and mixed-use. In addition to the Y, key clients include Clayton County (Carter is working on Gateway Village, a planned family reunion hub on 15 acres near Clayton State University),SunTrust,  and CW Capital Management.
