A year after Carter launched Advisory Services, the division has landed a handful of key assignments, including devising a 10-year strategic plan for the YMCA of Metro Atlanta.
 
Andy Feinour and John Akin, two of three Carter execs heading Advisory Services. (The third, Conor McNally, missed the shoot, presumably trying to cut deals with macho men who are in the Navy.) Carter Advisory Services launched in July '09 to provide RE consulting services for office, retail, hospitality, multifamily, industrial, and mixed-use. In addition to the Y, key clients include Clayton County (Carter is working on Gateway Village, a planned family reunion hub on 15 acres near Clayton State University),SunTrust,  and CW Capital Management.
