WILES THE LANDLORD WAS AWAY

We ran into State Sen. John Wiles at ICSC this week. No, he wasn't campaigning. John also is an attorney with Wiles & Wiles and handles litigation for commercial landlords. And amazingly, he's seeing some good news  out there (well, at least for landlords). More centers are filling up and demand is increasing, so his firm is getting business from landlords attempting to evict troubled tenants. ?Landlords are getting less tolerant on obligations that haven't been paid,? John says. ?I see it as a sign that markets are stabilizing.?
