Wheeler/Brand Taps Former Wells Exec

Someone should have warned Patrick Freeman that he would be responsible for spending his own TI allowance. We caught Pat here painting during a BOMA program since he has just been tapped to join the executive team of Wheeler/Brand from Columbia Property Trust/Wells Real Estate Funds. Pat will manage and develop the property management team responsible for more than 75 assets throughout the Southeast.
