WHAT A FEELIN'!

Eric Carlton (right, with Robb Stanley  of Stanley Esrey & Buckley at the aforementioned REAL Professionals network group) wasn't exactly dancing when we snapped this pic, but he is dancing for a deal to fill up the former home of the Atlanta Ballet. Eric, of Joel & Granot, just got the assignment to lease 1400 W. Peachtree  from the landlord Shailendra and Jamestown Properties, which purchased the building three years ago in the hopes of redeveloping the site. Instead, Eric is out to find a 35K SF single user for the facility once known for pirouettes  and pointe shoes.

 

Here's a pic of the old Atlanta Ballet location, of course, while the dance company moved to newer digs at the just renovated 1695 Marietta Blvd. downtown. Eric says he's looking for a tenant to take the building anywhere from seven to 10 years.
