WE’LL JUST TAKE ONE DIP, THANKS

Some stomachs were churning at NAIOP  Georgia's ?A Tenant?s Market—The New Playbook? this morning. But it wasn't the Westin Buckhead?s breakfast, it was the prediction of a double-dip recession by Bert Sanders of Newmark Knight Frank. ?It's going to be bad,? Frank told the audience of 200. He urged brokers to do early lease renewals now to avoid losing business in nine months. He expects sluggish job growth with yet more space on the market. There was some good news: landlords can really see ahead 3-4 years now, and likely won't make bad deals.
