| PM Realty Group tapped Bill Weghorst as EVP to head up a majorbusiness expansion throughout the Southeast. While PMRG has a national presence, its 10M SF of management and leasingassignments in the Southeast focus mainly in the Atlanta market, where the firm has such noted assignments as One Glenlake, One Buckhead Plaza, One Capital City Plaza, and Tower Place 200. Bill tells us he wants to change that, with a goal of doubling its portfolio in the region over the next few years. He says he'll still maintain his active involvement in Atlanta leasing. |
