It's official. Vonage is headed to Cumberland/Galleria. As we previously reported here, Vonage—which purchased Atlanta-based Vocalocity, a VoIP company targeting small business customers—plans to lease some 75k SF at the Wildwood office park. The move means Vonage will consolidate its offices out of Pershing Point in Midtown and Alliance Center in Buckhead. CBRE's Sam Holmes and Ryan Hudson brokered for the tenant, while CBRE's Chris Port brokered for the landlord. None of the parties could be reached for comment.
