| Apparently Gwinnett County owes our friends at Colliers International a big thank you. That's 'cause Colliers' Douglas Biggs and Jeff Kelly represented Rock-Tenn in its corporate HQ renewal and expansion into the current Atlanta regional HQ for Duke Realty. Rock-Tenn already is at Duke's Hampton Green, but to expand, the company needed to lease nearly 69k SF at 3950 Shackleford Rd (we borrower the above pic from Duke's website) in Duluth. Duke officials were so eager for the deal, they will now move offices too, to Sugarloaf Office II. Duke's Craig Flanagan and Chris Brown brokered for the landlord. |
