| Travelport renewed its lease with Childress Klein for 300 Galleria for 130k SF, downsizing from 150k SF, says Childress Klein's Connie Engel. The firm signed a 12-year lease and will keep its signage atop the building. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's Bert Sanders repped the firm. For Connie, this opens up some 90k SF of space at 300 Galleria (when combined with the former RJR Nabisco space there) at a time when Atlanta office activity is finally seeing a few large users float around. | ||
