| Atlanta-based Travelport, which officially moved its HQ to Atlanta last year, is in talks with Childress Klein to renew its space at 300 Galleria Parkway. Sources tell us the firm is working out terms to renew 150k SF and remain in the Cumberland/Galleria submarket. Studley's Bert Sanders declined to comment on the talks, only saying Travelport continues to evaluate the real estate market. And officials with Childress Klein did not return calls seeking comment. | ||
