TRANSWESTERN’S TRIFECTA

On this newsy Monday morning, Transwestern Atlanta let the CRE world know it just signed two  of the city's  top landlord reps and added 800K SF to its leasing and management portfolio. That means Transwestern scored two more goals this weekend than Spain and the Netherlands.

We snapped Transwestern's Southeast chief Bruce Ford (red tie)this morning with Greg FrankumChandler Spratlin, and Matt Spickard (going with the gold). Bruce had just announced to his staff that Chandler, Greg, and Matt have joined the firm. Chandler comes from Colliers International as head of agency leasing and property management. Frankum, formerly with CBRE, now is Transwestern's senior office leasing agent in Atlanta. Matt was Greg?s teammate at CBRE. Bruce tells us the hires will also strengthen the company's third-party leasing and management capabilities.
Bruce is announcing more good news in this snapshot. He reports that Greg and Matt are bringing the leasing and management assignment of an 800K SF Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors portfolio that comprises 1040 and 1050 Crowne Pointe and Glenridge Highlands I. The new assignments mean Transwestern has added 2.7M SF to its leasing and management portfolio this year. Bruce, Chandler, Greg, and Matt hit the ground running today in hopes of adding even more.
