TRANSWESTERN'S CIRCLE

Transwestern Commercial is adding its footprint to the Cumberland/Galleria area. The firm recently won the leasing assignment for Circle 75 Office Park, a three-building, 690K SF campus along Circle 75 Parkway. Transwestern's Greg Frankum and Matt Spickard got the plum assignment, although they're no strangers to the project, having leased it while they were at CBRE.  Circle 75 brings Transwestern's ATL leasing and/or management portfolio to nearly 20M SF, which includes RREEF's nearly 2M portfolio the brokerage won last year.
