THREE TO ATLANTA

Transwestern has helped bring a trifecta of new companies to ATL. Its Julian Brown and Brent Dutson assisted Roadsafe Traffic Systems' 24K SF lease at 312 Cash Memorial Blvd. in Forest Park. The deal represents the Chicago-based contractor for the Georgia DOT's first Atlanta office, Julian tells us. Atlanta South Commercial Properties' Tom Ellis represented the landlord. Julian and Brent also repped the landlord of 3000 Norcross Pacific Dr. in securing a  43K SF lease with Blackmon Mooring, a home restoration services firm, also new to the Atlanta market. Avison Young's Chet Koenig repped the tenant. And finally E.D. Supply Co. opened its first Atlanta office at 2375 Button Gwinnett Dr. (above) with 37.5K SF. Brent and Julian repped the landlord in this direct deal.
