Three Ravinia To Trade?

CBRE Global Investors has its eyes on a prime Central Perimeter office tower. The investment firm is under contract with Colonial Properties Trust to buy Three Ravinia Drive for $175/SF (more than $140M), numerous sources tell Bisnow. Built by Hines in 1991, the 813k SF, pagoda-style tower has been on the market for a number of months with Eastdil Secured, and nearly sold previously. Officials with CBRE Investors and Eastdil could not be reached for comment.
