Before a crowd of more than 400, top officials of Duke, IDI, Majestic, Trammell Crow, CBRE, the Holmes Firm, and Hillwood Investment Properties suggested a wave of higher demand and low cap rates is making its way toward Texas from California following higher export activity and reawakenedcapital markets.
