THIS DEAL SUCKS

And that's a really good thing. Because vacuum manufacturerElectrolux is coming to Atlanta with one of the largest industrial deals of the year.
 

Sources tell us that Electrolux has leased 600k SF at 7780 Spence Rd, an 800k SF warehouse in Fairburn owned by ING Clarion. Rick Nash with UGL Equis repped the tenant while Avision Young's Chet Koenig repped the landlord. This is a new deal for the metro area, with Electrolux relocating from out-of-state, sources say. Chet has been busy lately; he also helped Atlanta retail institution Aaron Rents lease 226k SF for a new consolidated warehouse at ING Clarion's 5003 Terminus Dr in Fairburn (above). Colliers International's Price Weaver and Ben Logue represented Aaron Rents while Chet represented the landlord. Sources say the move will allow Aaron Rents to consolidate other facilities throughout the metro area.
