| Scotland Wright Associates' Patrick Braswell, Scotland Wright, and Michael Tucker are showing off their mobile devices because their new business venture depends on them. We spoke with Patrick, who tells us that the trio just launched Ten Eight, a mobile web-based app that allow tenant clients to rate buildings (eight attributes that produce a score for each building on a scale of one to 10) during tours. (It's kinda like allowing people on tour to be gymnastics judges.) There's a subscription fee and, of course, a free 30-day trial, Patrick says. ?We're focused on the tours.
