| Barry Real Estate's former money man is back in action. And actually has been for some time. We had lunch with Lance Patterson (right) to chat about his company Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group, which for the past nearly two years has beenraising capital for CRE owners and developers (not much different than he did for Barry). Lance has been working with former Barry exec Madison Williams (left) and Tom Jackson (along with former Eastdil Secured exec Ken Grimes, not seen here) on a lot of CRE deals including multifamily. He also hinted that he's helping a developer get money for a potential mixed-use development somewhere in the metro area. |
