The Dew Picks New Teammate

Those who know John Dewberry, and that's a lot of people in Atlanta, have heard the former Georgia Tech quarterback talk about picking the right team. This morning, Dewberry Capital, a real estate/asset management firm, announced its newest teammate:Gene Kansas Commercial Real Estate. (That's Gene above, pictured in front of a snow drift.) It'll lead retail leasing efforts, important because Dewberry has high-profile shop space across metro Atlanta, especially Midtown, which he proclaimed cool way before others. Gene expects to bring hip retailers to the Uptown area, centered on Dewberry?s Peachtree Pointe. GK Commercial will continue to do third-party work for other landlords as well.
