Amerisave Mortgage Corp inked a 49,500 SF deal for Piedmont Center 5-8. Skyline Associates' Dan Foley repped Amerisave while Granite Properties was repped by CBRE's Jeff Keppen  and  Elliott Grand.

Formation Capital renewed and expanded to 9,100 SF at Parkside Terraces East. Ackerman & Co's  Ted Schwartz (above) and Cassidy Turley's Glenn Kolker  and  Sonia Winfield brokered the deal.

Also at Parkside Terraces East, Ashton Atlanta Residential inked a 14k SF HQ deal, with Dryman Group's  John Dryman and Glenn and Sonia brokering.

Ideacom Technologies, Clement Equipment Co, HBN Media, United Office Supplies and STS were among the nearly 60k SF of new tenants signed by Sealy & Co. at its Newmarket Business Park and Northwest Business Center in Marietta in recent weeks. Colliers International's  Lee Evans, Scott O'Halloran  and  Will Tyler brokered the deals for Sealy.

Brown Realty Advisors has been tapped to sell Sedona Falls Apartments, a  152-unit "value-add" apartment complex in Cobb County, according to the firm's email flyer.

Batson-Cook Development Co has sold its West Washington development in Downtown Athens  for $7.7M to an undisclosed group of investors. The  mixed-use project was developed in partnership with the Athens-Clarke County Unified Government and the Athens Downtown Development Authority in 2011, and includes  14,600 SF of retail and 28k SF of office space, anchored by Partner Software. CBRE's Craig Taylor  and  Tony Swann brokered the sale for Batson-Cook.

LA Sky Harbor has picked up the 222-room Atlanta Marriott Norcross hotel in Peachtree Corners for an undisclosed sum, part of a portfolio  of hotels from HEI Hotels & Resorts that included Marriotts in California and Detroit. HFF's Daniel Peek, Bill Stadler, John Bourret, Max Comess  and  Cyrus Vazifdar brokered the sale.

Bull Realty's  Judith Bennett brokered the sale of North Lanier Boat & RV Storage in Forsyth County to an unidentified buyer  for $2.3M. First Citizens Bank & Trust Co sold the REO. The 121,200 SF facility houses boats and other recreational vehicles.
