Brown Realty Advisors has been tapped to sell Sedona Falls Apartments, a 152-unit "value-add" apartment complex in Cobb County, according to the firm's email flyer.***
Batson-Cook Development Co has sold its West Washington development in Downtown Athens for $7.7M to an undisclosed group of investors. The mixed-use project was developed in partnership with the Athens-Clarke County Unified Government and the Athens Downtown Development Authority in 2011, and includes 14,600 SF of retail and 28k SF of office space, anchored by Partner Software. CBRE's Craig Taylor and Tony Swann brokered the sale for Batson-Cook.***
LA Sky Harbor has picked up the 222-room Atlanta Marriott Norcross hotel in Peachtree Corners for an undisclosed sum, part of a portfolio of hotels from HEI Hotels & Resorts that included Marriotts in California and Detroit. HFF's Daniel Peek, Bill Stadler, John Bourret, Max Comess and Cyrus Vazifdar brokered the sale.

Bull Realty's Judith Bennett brokered the sale of North Lanier Boat & RV Storage in Forsyth County to an unidentified buyer for $2.3M. First Citizens Bank & Trust Co sold the REO. The 121,200 SF facility houses boats and other recreational vehicles.
