Allstar Financial Group inked a 17k SF deal at Northridge Center I & II, part of a string of deals at the complex  totaling nearly 37k SF, including Woolpert, which  leased 10k SF, and One Source Relocation, which inked a 9,000 SF deal.

SALES

RADCO Cos just purchased The Park at Briarcliff, a 982-unit apartment complex in DeKalb County that has been rebranded Ashford Druid Hills. The company paid $39.6M. "The fact that it is surrounded by Emory University, the CDC, the expanding Egleston Children's Hospital, and is in town and right off the interstate, makes this acquisition the very best located distressed property in this cycle," says RADCO CEO Norman Radow.
