The CVS pharmacy at 2782 North Cobb Pkwy traded hands, with Carter's  Michael Koch brokering the deal for the seller. The 12.5k SF building sold for $1.6M. TM 1031 Exchange's Christina Porter represented the buyer.

Cocke Finklestein has acquired LaVista Crossing Apartments from Sabino/LaVista Crossing. The  240-unit property at 3797 LaVista Rd in Tucker traded for $10.7M, according to Databank.
 
Financing
CBRE is marketing the  $117.5M performing loan for Bank of America that's secured by Tishman Speyer's  Two Alliance Center in Buckhead, according to the Commercial Mortgage Alert. The floating-rate loan  that replaced a construction loan in 2007 matures next year.

Aaron Rents is getting its own  line of credit, purchasing $125M in notes from Prudential Insurance Company of America. The notes have a 3.75% interest rate  and mature in April 2018. The retailer agrees to pay interest quarterly and an  annual payment of $25M, starting in 2014, the company reported in SEC filings.
 
Leasing/Management
Lincoln Properties' Leigh Braswell just snagged an assignment to lease a 40k SF space at 3405 Piedmont, a five-story office  building in Buckhead owned by Colony Realty Partners.

Accolades

This is the last week of CRE Softball League  play for its regular season with the  PMRG Indies leading  the Sweetwater 420 Division and Colony Bandits and Carter  tied in the Sweetwater Blue Division. PMRG Indies kicks off tonight's series at the Pace Academy ball field off of Defoors Ferry Road defending its record against Rooker, followed by JLL vs NAI Brannen Goddard and Richard Bowers facing off against Ackerman & Co.
