HowStuffWorks.com's parent compnany, HSW International, signed a sublease agreement for 24 months at 6 Concourse Pkwy for its HQ. The company did not report the exact SF but did say in SEC documents that it's a reduction.

PodPonics, repped by Joel & Granot's  Alan Joel, has relocated to Southside Industrial Park, where it'll operate five ?pods,? recycled shipping containers used to grow crops. (Yes: crops.)

ParcelPort has inked 21,350 SF  at Satellite North Distribution Center's 1911 Satellite Blvd, a 154k SF flex building near the Mall of Georgia. Mohr Partners' Brad Haertel and, from the firm's Dallas office, Rob Pipkin and  Kevin Frederick repped the tenant.
 
Sales

Moody National REIT I purchased a majority interest in the Residence Inn by Marriott Perimeter Center, a 128-room, 225k SF hotel in Central Perimeter, for $7.4M. Moody CEO Brett Moody remains a 25% stakeholder, according to SEC filings. The ownership also applied for REIT status.

CBRE's Craig Taylor has helped sell Addison Place, a 44k SF retail center on Jones Bridge Road in Alpharetta that's anchored by Bonefish Grill. Addison Place Ventures bought the 25% occupied center for $2.6M from BBVA Compass Bank.

Ryan Goldstein's RGRE has placed the 24k SF 5755 Dupree Dr in Sandy Springs for sale for $5.5M.

Harri M. Jarvenpaa, a 15-year architectural veteran, has joined Beck as a senior designer, jumping from The Peacock Partnership.

Former Ben Carter Property pros  Candice Flig  and  Sharon Altenbach  have started their own firm, Two Realty Partners, joined by  Jill Goldberg  as SVP. They'll maintain their listings at Piazza at Paces and Two Buckhead Plaza.

DH Stanton Park in Peoplestown has reopened, complete with photovoltaic solar panels to create the first energy-cost-neutral park in the City of Atlanta. It  was funded by City of Atlanta Improvement Bonds, Beltline TAD, and the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation.
