Adult Primary Care Associates of Greater Gwinnett has renewed and expanded to nearly 6,000 SF at Gwinnett Medical Office Building in Lawrenceville. NAI Brannen Goddards Peter Finn repped the physicians group and PM Realty Groups David Tyler and Stephen Clifton brokered for the landlord.

Experian inked a 12k SF deal at Eleven Seventeen Perimeter. Lincoln Property Cos Leigh Braswell and Sabrina Altenbach repped the landlord, while JLL's Tim McCarthy and Chris Wagner brokered for the tenant.Signature Management alsosigned a 5,500 SF deal at the building, with The Wesley Cos Tom Wesley brokering for the tenant.

Citrix is landing at One Deerfield Centre. Sources say the mobile device security company is signing a 30k SF lease at Hines 526k SF Alpharetta office building. JLLs Gregg Metcalf represented Citrix, but did not return calls seeking comment. And officials with Hines declined to comment.
SALES
Infinity Property Fund has sold Lanier Crossing, a 111k SF Hobby Lobby-anchored retail center in Cumming,for $10.5M, or around $96/SF. The buyer was undisclosed. Marcus & Millichaps Howard Bregman, Brandon Rex (both of Ft Lauderdale), and John Leonard brokered the sale.
MANAGEMENT
Perennial Properties has been awarded the management of the Telephone Factory Lofts on Ralph McGill Boulevard, adjacent to the Old Fourth Ward. Perennial is also under construction with the 227-unit 755 North Ave apartment complex.

Stream Realty Partners Benjamin Hautt and Kevin Driver have been tapped by Crocker Partners and Five Mile Capital Partners to lease its newly acquired North Fulton office portfolio, including Deerfield Point (203K SF) and Windward Pointe (130k SF).

RACO General Contractors has tapped Lavista Associates Charlie Fiveash, Will Grogan, David Pope, and Tom Hunter to lease Gwinnett 316, the 400-plus-acre industrial campus that involves some 25 buildings and a total of 2.4M SF.
EVENTS
QTS Roland Ignacio will be on hand March 20 for the IFMA Atlanta Chapter luncheon at 103 West in Atlanta, starting at 11:30am. An electrical engineer by training, Roland spent his naval career aboard a nuclear sub, conducting critical operations. He also now has a patent pending for a data center energy device. He is tapped to discuss the US data center industry during the luncheon.
