THE COX RENDERING

This sign in the lobby of 7000 Central Park caught our attention. It's a rendering of the twin Cox Enterprise HQ buildings now under development just next door in Sandy Springs. As we first reported, Cox broke ground on the  600K SF complex  in September and is part of the Atlanta company's consolidated campus off of Peachtree Dunwoody Road, just next to 9000 Central Park, the building Cox acquired last year from Ackerman & Co. Cox will house its tech operations and other subsidiary divisions at the new project. According to a flier, the first tower will be completed in June 2012; the second by the  end of that year. While the date isn't set, it will be sometime between 9AM and 4PM. So don't leave the house.
