THE 700(K) CLUB

We caught up with Carter's team (with Mike Shelley, Kirk Diamond, Dale Lewis, Glenn Kolker,  and  Sonia Winfield) as they assessed Q3. Carter brokers have chalked up more than 700K SF  in deals the past three months, some of the biggest deals in the city. Aside from the Wells Fargo renewal, which we first reported, Carter also inked deals  for Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton (206K SF renewal at 1100 Peachtree), Coca-Cola's 135K SF at Sanctuary Park in Alpharetta, and Georgia's Own Credit Union expansion by 100K SF at the Campanile in Midtown.
