Truck parts supplier FleetPride expanded its presence at 2406 Tech Center by 104K SF to 151K SF, and extended its term at the facility, Taylor & Mathis' Hamilton Reynolds tells us. Steve Hancock with Fisher & Co repped the tenant. Hamilton's company also leased 15K SF at 2408 Tech Center to Disc-O-Bed, a portable cot seller (for when you're covering an event but need a nap). Tommy Hughes with Hughes Commercial and Commercial Property Professionals' Keith Gutherie repped the tenant. Hamilton says the firm saw a surge of activity in the middle of 2010, but it's been tough to close deals.
