SunTrust is being forced to move out of 25 Park Place, a 26-story office building that it sold to Georgia State University in 2006 for $52M. GSU leased it back to SunTrust for six years at the time. Carter's Kirk Diamond and SunTrust?s Doug Sinclair repped SunTrust Bank; Dewberry's Ridr Knowlton negotiated for the landlord. |
