SunTrust Sells Children's HC MOB

Wyatt Realty Co's Harold Wyatt is the new owner of a Northlake office building (not a bad way to celebrate being the one to represent Krystal in its search for an ATL HQ). The Roseview Group helped SunTrust sell 1605 Chantilly Dr, a 40k SF office building that is anchored by Children's Healthcare of Atlanta (which recently renewed and expanded there). Harold picked up the building for $3.1M. Lincoln Property Co's Tony Bartlett, Hunter Henritze and Michael Howell brokered the sale.
