| HITT Contracting's seeing a nice upswing in business thanks to tenants moving and renewing their leases. (The award-winning ?turnkey? construction company performs a wide range of services from small jobs, service, and emergency work, to high-end tenant fit-outs for government, data centers, and base building/shell construction.) SVP Ryan Bixler (pictured) and VP Roger Delaneyare working on the build-out of law firm McGuireWoods? 40k SF on two floors of Promenade II in Midtown. Ryan is also taking a swing at a worthy cause, as chairman of the American Cancer Society Swing Fore a Cure Golf Classic on May 23rd. The event features a helicopter dropping 1,000 auctioned golf balls, with closest to the pin winning $1,500. Each ball is sponsored for $25.
