The huge Keurig deal may be perking up the industrial market. IDI Gazeley just announced plans for two spec buildings, totaling more than 1M SF: a 196k SF facility at its Hamilton Mill Business Center in Gwinnett County (here) and an 840k SF cross-dock facility at Jefferson Distribution Center, delivering by Q2 2015. With 5.8M SF of industrial absorption in metro Atlanta this year, IDI officials say spec is warranted.
