The huge Keurig deal may be perking up the industrial market. IDI Gazeley just announced plans for two spec buildings, totaling more than 1M SF: a 196k SF facility at its Hamilton Mill Business Center in Gwinnett County (here) and an 840k SF cross-dock facility at Jefferson Distribution Center, delivering by Q2 2015. With 5.8M SF of industrial absorption in metro Atlanta this year, IDI officials say spec is warranted. We previously reported here that IDI also filed plans for a potential spec project in Cobb County.
