This photo only looks fuzzy because we we're weren't wide awake when we took it. Yesterday, we stopped by Suntrust Plaza and Garden Offices to see what a 100% and 94% leased building looks like. We think the high occupancy has something to do with cool building amenities like the nap stations at the spa, above. (Was that was a hint?) It seems 20 minutes in these space-age pods energize a busy leasing agent to tackle the world. As for the small percentage of space available, it's retail—one street-front location plus food court options.
