| We really had an excuse to ask Cresa?s Kevin Creel to say ?cheese.? He just helped TSS Photo Fulfillment renew 37k SF at 2150 Boggs Rd in Duluth. If you have school-aged children, then you're familiar with TSS—or at least its products, those adorable school pictures. Kevin tells us the company decided to stay put after considering other locations to buy. Kevin notes that overall activity has slowed over the past few months. And he's worried that the election results won't encourage companies to pick up the leasing pace: ?The majority of my clients say this was not the result they wanted. What I'm hearing every day is small businesses are going below three-hour work weeks, dropping below 50 employees. They're reworking with the system.? |
