We snapped this Saturday night of Dan Granot of Joel & Granot Commercial Real Estate, working the welcome table at a party in his Brookwood Hills neighborhood. His firm was the sponsor of the party, welcoming new neighbors. (We're not sure if he got stuck working because of the sponsorship or because his wife is social chair.) More than 200 showed for margaritas and Mexican fare, including Granot?s partner Alan Joel, who also has ties to the neighborhood, including a long involvement with the swim team. Other real estate types in attendance included Scott Jackson of Jackson Oats Shaw and investment sales guru Doug Connell.
