Colliers International's  Chris Routledge just  signed a lease for Smashburger and Moe's at 6080 Roswell Rd. And Chris tells us it's one of many new restaurants  that are popping up along the Sandy Springs' portion of Roswell Road. ?I think for several years, Sandy Springs was the ugly stepchild of the restaurant community,? he says, adding that innovative  upscale eateries focused instead on Central Perimeter and Buckhead. Now that's changing, which should help give Roswell Road a ?main street feel? in the coming years.
