Romanic Repaves Walmart

We caught up with former Cooper Carry architect Janet Romanic who just got tapped by Bergmann Associates to open an Atlanta office. Janet specializes in mixed-use development, and says the city is seeing a surge in that potential activity. “We've seen a real pickup in requests for site planning,” she says. Of course, most of those projects are urban in nature. In Atlanta, Janet is working with Home Depot on repaving its various store parking lots and expanding Walmart's fuel station footprint in Florida.
