Panattoni Development's Mike Gray tells us the firm secured three big industrial deals in recent weeks, demonstrating that activity is still happening in Atlanta. Liberty Furniture  inked 332k SF  at 6021 Greensboro Dr (brokered by Colliers International's Chris Cummings and  Sean Boswell); Crate Services  leased nearly 300k SF  at 6355 Boatrock Blvd (above, with Office Warehouse Brokerage?s  CJ Young brokering); and Sherwood Food Distributors renewed 216k SF at 5400 Fulton Industrial for 10 years.
