RexxHall Buys Rest of Complex

Looks like RexxHall Realty is finally expanding its beachhead in Atlanta. The company tells us it purchased Chattahoochee Corners Office Park, a six-building, 250k SF portfolio in Duluth. This combines with RexxHall's previous purchase in the same park from The Alter Group's remaining Atlanta portfolio (which we reported here) and means the firm now controls the complex's entire 500k SF.

RexxHall's Daniel Stauber tells us the strategic buy means it can add value through new features like a fitness center, food truck program, and high-speed fiber optic network. (Plus, by owning the whole thing, no areas are off limits for games of kick the can.) CBRE's Tom Shafer brokered the transaction, while CBRE's Bryan Heller, Heather Lamb, and Peter McGuone will take over leasing the entire park.
