Regions Bank Developing Buckhead Office Building; The Deal Sheet

Regions Banks private wealth management division is planning to consolidate and anchor its own three-story office building in Buckhead.

Regions has purchased a two-acre parcel from apartment developer Camden at the corner of West Paces Ferry and East Andrews. Camden is developing an apartment community at the site as well (above). A source familiar with the plans says Regions will move its retail branch on Roswell Rd (the shopping center with the Flip Burger Boutique) and consolidate various wealth management offices around the metro area into the new facility. No timetable for construction and build-out has been offered. Calls to Regions area president Bill Linginfelter were not returned as of press time.
