We stopped by to snap a pic of this building because it looks like one of Buckhead?s trophy towers is about to get refinanced. Sources tell us that Regent Partners? 3344 Peachtree office tower is expected to close this week at the earliest. Details were undisclosed as of press time. Eastdil?s Mike McDonald, who is brokering the refi, declined to comment, and officials with Regent were unavailable. Alan Wexler with Databank in Atlanta, which tracks metro building sales, says 3344 Peachtree has a $134M loan with Natixis that expires in 2020.
